There’s a quiet kind of strength that grows when you learn to listen to your body.

My work is centered around helping people reconnect with that sense of presence—through movement, touch, curiosity, and the steady practice of paying attention. Whether we’re working on the table, exploring strength, or moving through shapes on the mat, the goal is always the same: building a deeper, more adaptable relationship with how you move and feel.

I offer a blend of massage and bodywork, personal training, mobility coaching, yoga, and breath practices. Each session meets you where you are and opens room for more ease, more confidence, and a little more freedom in your daily movement.

This approach isn’t about perfecting anything. It’s about discovering what feels supportive, exploring your capacity, and growing your toolkit for everyday living—one moment of awareness at a time. Sometimes that means hands-on work to help you settle and unwind; other times it’s strength work, playful mobility training, or slower somatic exploration. It all works together.

After decades of guiding people through movement and touch, I’ve learned that progress happens naturally when the process feels grounded, personal, and encouraging. My hope is that you feel welcomed into that kind of space here—a place where you can breathe, explore, and get to know your body in new ways.
